Notes: This show came to me in three continuous tape sides,
so not only does it enclude the four missing tracks from the
recently upped version, shnid.113715, but has roughly 9 minutes of other material,
edited out of the tapes used for the earlier torrent.
This is also an upgrade in sound quality to shnid.113715.
Dropouts on the source recording are noted at the following places:
Disc 1, track 5 @ 00:10 > 00:14
Disc 2, track 7 @ 03:09 > 03:11
  I do not believe this is the same source listed by db.etree as from:
