Additional lineage: decoded to WAV, re-edited to remove silences,
and a short repeat, and retracked using wavpad, re-encoded to flac level 8

This is mostly a spoken word performance by Hunter, with Tom Constanten opening with a few songs,
and then accompanying Hunter's poetry.  The recording has edits after most tracks,
removing most of the applause.  I removed nothing but silences, and a short repeated section of track 09.
