01/11/2003 | Brian Donohue | Opens with Jack Straw during which time the board techs seemed to be having a devil of a time getting the gain on the vocal mics correct. They seem to get it dialed in pretty good before Franklin's Tower. There does seem to be a slight adjustment in the very beginning of FT (mostly Phil). The rest of the show has excellent sound although IMHO they still had the vocal mics and the high hat mics turned up a bit too much relative to the entire mix. Peace.
01/26/2003 | Andy G | Ah yes, Dankorage. I have been waiting for this one to get to shn for some time. This show has one of the most utterly insipired renditions of Althea ever performed. Just take my word for it, even for this alone, this show is a must-have for any Garcia aficianado. Thanks Brian!
05/03/2003 | David H | I've enjoyed the first set of this show for years on aud cassette. The tape flip in the sbd Let It Grow is a shame, as it occurs right during some hot Jerry leads. I'd love it if someone could splice in a quality aud copy of the end of the song to correct this. Anyone?
05/13/2003 | TuneTree |
There are sector boundary errors in almost all of the tracks. (I know the text says they were done properly; it has SBE's) You can fix this with shntool if you already have the tracks. An shntool-fixed version is currently on TuneTree servers. |
