Notes:

- A couple of spots of tape damage has been repaired
- "Dixie" fades in and there is a spot of static.  I have removed most of the static and eq'd.  It isn't perfect but I think it sounds better.
- There is a cut in "Ride Mighty High," approximately 4 seconds are missing.
