retracked and dropouts repaired by Skankweed 2/03. Tiny dropouts were on the original shn 

discs near the start of every track.  shntool did not find these dropouts because they 

weren't at the precise beginning of the track, but rather a few fractions of a second 

after the start which is probably caused by an SBE somewhere before the SHN extraction.

There were several dropouts and some diginoise at the start of the original "Scarlet outro"

track (d2t4) that were removed to the best of my ability.  Some minor artifacts remain from

this edit.

I removed the track d2t4 (Scarlet outro) and I added a track for Brokedown Palace.
