01/20/2004 | Lewis/Klitschko | Second set- absolutely blissful, guys. You did a terrific job.
01/20/2004 | Joe Samaritano | Can't wait to hear the set 2 upgrade. Thanks for digging this up, Charlie.
03/02/2004 | Joe Samaritano | Are there some level flucuations or side to side shifting on disc 3, notably U.S. Blues and Bertha? Just want to make sure it's on the source and not my copy or my ears playing tricks.
05/08/2004 | born_dead | Set One is PCM sourced. Careful listening suggests to my ears that the pre-emphasis bit should be turned ON when burning to CD. No seektables exist on this source.
05/09/2004 | There were NO PCM sources in 1974.
05/09/2004 | Transfer-mer Man | Do I even need to respond to your oh-so-obvious comment? It was on reels, then transferred to PCM. Hence "PCM sourced".

I forgot to mention that set 3 is also from the master reel. cm |

05/21/2006 | Jason Riley | I noticed a while back that the pitch needs correcting on this. I am not sure how to run the program to do this. I believe that it is only the first set that is pitched incorrectly. I listened to the Sugaree from this and the one from the Dead Movie outtakes at the same time and it seemed way off. NOT complaining though and have given a thousand thanks to CM for this show circulating.

Only the pitch for set 1 is off. Sets 2 and 3 came directly from the vault master reels and are fine. cm |
