04/06/2001 Josh Belkin The .TXT file I downloaded with the set of files of this show says: "the first [00:29] of Chinadoll was patched with a
WNEW broadcast > cassette" and sounds it too. My .TXT file's disk/track time listings are identical to
the info listed for this entry for this show. The .TXT file also lists geneology as:

I'd taped this show's WNEW broadcast onto reels myself (7/12 IPS quarter-track, either a Sony TC-350
or more likely its replacement, a Technics RT-707). I should dig up those reels and compare how they
sound against that China Doll cassette patch - I think my reels could likely be an improvement....?
07/26/2001 dale shepherd sounds like a reel flip on d1t05 @ 6:29. it sounds like a dropout (not a reel flip) on d1t07 @ 1:57
08/19/2002 Greg The dropout on Passenger was closer to 2:00 for me. Incidentally, around 2:30 into Passenger it sounds like the sound pans more towards the right.
I also put Passenger the first track on disc 2. YMMV.
09/14/2002 appalled Josh: Did you find your reels?
