Fix of shnid 13306

I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless.  To do so I had to reverse fade the end of the last track of CD 2 (space) about 350%, so there is a little bit of the "white noise" effect toward the splice point, right where the feedback ends and Jerry's solo begins.  There's an audible short dip in volume after the splice, but it's not the result of editing.  It's not perfect, but it's better than the original fades in/out.  Since I have to fix the boundaries of all the files following the splice anyway, I've decided what the hey and from now on I'm going to convert any non-seekable .shns of shows I fix to FLAC.

I've included overlapping fade tracks at the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3 for those wishing to burn to CD.  Remove these tracks to make the transition seamless.
