additional commentary:
Christopher Lee Paino found a questionable
"pop" at the track break between d1t06 and d1t07.

Jamie Lutch's response:
ok, this was on the master, but was not on a track break on the
original discs. It falls clear in the middle of crowd noise after
jer's last note on jack a roe. The way it is panned to the left, I
think its a balloon popping or something like that. Nothing in the
waveform suggests digital noise.
