09/12/2004 | Read | That would be "See my Grave is Kept Clean" by Blind Lemon Jefferson et al. I read the American Book of the Dead in teh bathroom. According to said book, the song has it's origins in British folk tradition, "Two White Horses in a Line" and "Who Killed Cock Robin". Also a cover in bar bands with Merl known as "One Kind of Favor". |
