Tech Notes

SHNs were decoded to wave and Audition 3.0 was used to reassemble the tracks back to 1 long wave.  Audition 3.0 was used to align & synch the SBD & AUD sources.  Audition 3.0 used to adjust the volume for AUDs, matrix/CTR and LFE channels.  Surcode CD Pro DTS was used to encode to DTS.

Audio Patches:

1) At the beginning of soundboard, 12.855 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better. This includes the first notes of Jack Straw.

2) Between Jack Straw and They Love Each Other, 15.376 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

3) Between They Love Each Other and On The Road Again, 9.602 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

4) Between On The Road Again and Peggy O, 3.829 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

5) Between Peggy O and Cassidy, 11.727 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

6) Also between Peggy O and Cassidy, 5.913 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

7) Between Cassidy and It Must Have Been The Roses, 25.966 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

8) Between It Must Have Been The Roses and Little Red Rooster, 7.920 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

9) 6 minutes into Little Red Rooster, 40.023 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

10) Between Little Red Rooster and Cumberland Blues, 18.265 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better. The first very soft notes of Cumberland Blues were missing.

11) Between Cumberland Blues and Women are Smarter, 25.975 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better. The first notes of Women Are Smarter were missing.

12) Between Women are Smarter and Might As Well, 2.947 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better. The first notes of Women Are Smarter were missing.

13) 5 minutes into Truckin', 2.048 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

14) 6 minutes into Truckin', 7.640 seconds were missing from the soundboard source and was filled in with audio from the audience source. This portion of the audio was normalized to blend in better.

15) Matrix\DTS were synced using the Steve Martin audience as a reference as the soundboard ran slightly fast at approx .5% or .25 seconds per minute. Note: Original soundboard files were received as 24/96 wave. Audience files were converted to 24/96 for sync/patching.
