The New Orleans Radiators front of house engineer typically provides power strips (a/c power) and a patchbay connected to the soundboard. The patch bay consists of a variety of connections, namely XLRs (6 pair), RCAs (~12 pair) and 1/4" phono (~6 pair). Patches are on a first come first serve basis but it is rare that they are all taken. The feed provided to the patchbay is generally very well mixed.
