I won tickets to this show from KBCO. Howie Day opend up. He played alone and awesome. My first and only Tori Amos show. I thought it was really boring. My wife and I left half way through the show. We are not big fans of Tori but we do like to hear her on the radio (as opposted to most of the crowd who were all decked out it Tori t-shirts and all were buying books and other merchandise of her). We didn't recognize any of the song she played. We kept saying "We'll leave after we hear a song we know." It never happened. We left before she played "Corn flake girl." I now love "A sorted fairytale" but didn't know it when she played it live. |
