Response was quick and helpful. He figured out that his discs may have gotten trashed at some point, and sent me another show and a freebie for the trouble as soon as I sent him his discs back and he agreed upon the poor quality. Overall, he's a good trader and I would recommend doing business with him. |

| 05/17/2002 | 1 | John David Dodd, Jr. | I did a trade with Robert and he was unhappy with what he got from me. The moe. show I sent him had 1/2 second gaps between songs. I was unaware of this before he pointed this out as I had recently been given the show and not being a big moe. fan had not listened to much of it. He sent two emails about this to which I responded to both with an apology and an offer for a freebie of anything off my list. I have yet to hear from Robert. Maybe it is because of the same reason mentioned in the comment above. Maybe Robert loses a lot of emails. You might want to think about this before trading with him. He thinks just because he emails you and doesn't hear back from you that he should put degrading comments on your list when you really emailed him back, but he lost it. Oh well, I guess since you lost those emails and the fact that you and I can't rely on your email server that I'll just have to give that freebie to someone else. After this was posted, here are the emails I got from Robert: 1. You are lying on both my list and yours. Pull the lie off my list and I will revise my comments on yours. Otherwise, I will spread your name as a bad trader to everybody i know. RJM 2.I actually don't mind your negative rant since it is so nonsensical to begin with that it couldn't really do any damage anyway. So, you just keep lying to people and I'll continue my many positive trading relationships. You needn't respond to either on these e-mails since I won't bother to answer. RJM How mature is that, it's kinda what he did before. Didn't respond to my emails. Huh? |

The internet somtitmes allows for great things and sometimes exacerbates trivial things. Send Robert blank discs and be done with it. Myself for a few discs, I would probably not make a big deal out of it. But i am sure you both want to get past this in a positive way,so please kiss and make up and then let us know that things have been indeed settled. Again,I think blank discs fixes all. |
